Ray Sheen, DAc, LAc, LMT is an integrative medicine practitioner specializing in acupuncture and manual therapy for orthopedic conditions, neuromuscular dysfunction, pain management, and recovery support. Trained at Pacific College of Health and Science, he brings together traditional East Asian medicine and modern musculoskeletal care to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. His clinical approach integrates acupuncture, massage therapy, myofascial and neuromuscular treatment, and movement-informed care tailored to each patient’s needs.
In addition to maintaining a private practice, Ray works in an orthopedic and sports medicine setting treating pain and movement disorders, and supports patients through volunteer service in a hospital-based acupuncture clinic. These experiences inform a practical, evidence-informed approach grounded in both hands-on clinical care and interdisciplinary collaboration. He has a particular interest in treating chronic pain, injury recovery, and complex musculoskeletal presentations.
Ray also has training and certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), including post-surgical applications to support fluid movement, reduce swelling, and promote recovery. Across all settings, his focus is on thoughtful, individualized care that combines technical skill, clinical reasoning, and a whole-person approach to healing.

I welcome and care for a diverse range of patients, with particular commitment to serving LGBTQ+ patients, people of color, and people navigating trauma, including those seeking care in spaces where they feel respected, affirmed, and fully welcome. My practice is intentionally inclusive and grounded in the belief that high-quality clinical care and emotional safety belong together.
I work with people living with orthopedic pain and injury, including neck and back pain, repetitive strain conditions, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. I also support post-operative recovery patients, including individuals recovering from surgery and people who have received gender-affirming care, with treatment approaches that may include pain management, recovery support, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) when appropriate.
I also serve people living with chronic pain, people dealing with stress and anxiety, and anyone seeking expert, individualized integrative care that combines acupuncture, manual therapy, and thoughtful clinical attention. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing pain, healing after surgery, or looking for a practitioner who understands the importance of culturally responsive and affirming care, you are welcome here.
