Individualized Treatment
At Shen Sifu, we design individualized treatments with patients' input for their unique needs, drawing techniques from Swedish, Tui Na, Thai, Shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, and sports massage traditions. Eastern bodywork modalities can also be integrated into a treatment, such as acupressure, cupping, gua sha (scraping), moxibustion (Chinese thermal therapy), and reflexology. Session fees depend on the length of treatment time rather than on specific treatment modalities. Below are some sample treatment options.
